This major festival is now in its third successful year, firmly establishing Cartagena as a centre of literary culture for Latin America.

This year the festival will bring together voices from Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa and North America together with the greatest stars of Hispanic-American literature from every generation.

While focused on literature the festival will also host a concert in La Paza de la Aduana by the legendary Senegalese musican Baaba Maal on Thursday 24th
